NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL

 Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Urbana, Steuben County has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with Cherokee Mitchell, Assessor at the Town of Urbana or the Town Clerk, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the fourth Tuesday in May. The tentative roll is available on the county website at: www.steubencountyny.gov/347/assessment-rolls

The assessors will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll on:
 May 1, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 am-1:00 pm and on
 May 4, 2024 between the hours of 8:00 am-12:00 pm and on
 May 6, 2024 between the hours of 12:00 pm-4:00 pm and on 
 May 8, 2024 between the hours of 4:00 pm-8:00 pm

The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 28, 2024 between the hours of 2:00 pm-4:00 pm and 6:00 pm-8:00 pm at the Town of Urbana, 8014 Pleasant Valley Road, Bath NY 14810, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to Assessments, on the written Application of any person believing themselves to be aggrieved.
